All visas and travel authorizations you receive from us are the official documents issued by the government of each destination. We act as a third party service, helping travelers get the documents they need in a simpler, faster way.
Are my personal details safe?
Yes, we are fully GDPR/CCPA/CPRA compliant and will only use your personal information to process your application. We will never share it with third parties or use it for any other purpose.

All documents you upload are handled securely and stored only for the time needed to process your application, and deleted permanently once that period ends. We apply strict data protection measures and encrypted connections throughout the entire process.

Application process

How do I start my application?
The first step is to find the destination you wish to visit. Then, select the nationality of your passport and check your eligibility. If everything goes well, click on "Start application" to begin the process.
Can I save my application and continue later?
Yes, your progress is saved automatically. If you need to pause, you will be able to continue with your application from the exact point you left it at.
Can I change the details of my application?
You can review and correct all your details before completing payment. We recommend doing so carefully: once your application has been accepted, it becomes a binding, fully personalized request and changes are no longer possible. If you notice an error after submitting, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Can I cancel my application?
Once your application has been accepted and processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible. If you need to cancel, contact us with your application ID and we will assess your case. Please note that our service fee is non-refundable.
How do I upload my documents?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to the application status tracker, where you will find a list of all the documents you need to upload and their characteristics. Just drag each document to its box to upload it.
What happens if I upload incorrect documentation?
If there is an issue with your documentation, we will flag it and contact you. You will then need to upload the correct documents again.
How do I check the status of my application?
Follow these three simple steps for real-time updates of the status of your application:
  • Open the status tracker
  • Enter the application ID related to your order
  • Enter the contact email of the application
Can I apply for multiple travelers in one application?
Yes, you can apply for up to 10 people in one form.
Can I apply on behalf of someone else (child, family member)?
Yes, you can apply on behalf of others with no issue. You can provide your contact details so you receive all notifications related to the status of your application.
When will my visa be approved?
The answer depends on the type of visa you request and the country it is for. Special circumstances like high demand or busy seasons can delay regular approval times.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna, and a range of other local and international payment methods. Is my visa refundable?
Refund eligibility depends on the status of your application. If your visa is rejected by the authorities, we will refund the government fees in full. How do I know if ImmiAssist has received my payment?
