Yes. A single Schengen visa covers all 29 member countries, so once approved, you can travel freely between them without applying separately for each one.
It means you can stay in the Schengen Area for up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. The 180 days aren't fixed to a calendar.
A single-entry visa lets you enter the Schengen Area once. If you leave, even to a non-Schengen country, you can't re-enter on that same visa. A multiple-entry visa lets you come and go as many times as you like during its validity, as long as your total time in the Schengen Area stays within the 90/180-day limit.
